DATA Network Return and Exchange Policy1. CountriesWe accept returns and exchanges in the following countries:
- Austria
- Czech Republic
- Germany
- Hungary
- Poland
- Slovakia
- all countries where the products were shipped.
2. Right of ReturnThe buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement without giving any reason within
14 days of receiving the goods, in accordance with Act No. 102/2014 Z.z. on consumer protection in distance selling.
3. ExchangesThe seller offers an exchange for a similar product without defects if a defect is found, where feasible.
4. Product Condition- Condition of Goods: The goods must be returned in a condition suitable for resale, i.e., without significant damage and in the original packaging.
- Return Costs: The seller will refund the full amount paid for the goods, including delivery costs. The buyer bears the cost of returning the goods unless otherwise agreed.
5. Return Method and Fees- Method: By mail.
- Return Label: Included in the package, free of charge.
- Return Fee: Free of charge.
6. Return Process- The buyer must notify the seller of their decision to return the goods in writing or via email.
- The goods must be returned to the seller or an authorized person no later than 14 days after the notification of return.
7. Complaint Resolution
In the event of a return, the seller must resolve the issue within 30 days of receiving the complaint or the returned goods.
